I also believe Michelle has set a world record for crying in my office.  Her passion for excellence and her desire to improve are both key components in her achievement process. And, like anyone with passion, she's emotional about it.  She is always seeking to do the best job in the best way,and the vast majority of the time she does.

I'm not a fan of visiting the crawl space but it least it made me feel the dirt :).

Sometimes things just hit you.....That moment when the haze clears and your view reveals that hidden picture lurking in the puzzle. You know, that little three dimensional picture that pops out after gazing upon it for some time. Everyone else saw it months ago. Yet my perspective was skewed.  I was too to close to see anything but a bunch of beautiful dots.  Call me a slow learner...or maybe call me a dreamer (I prefer the latter). I know we need the pain to decipher the codes.....To figure out who cares,who doesn't,what the right decisions are,what character you want to posses, to realize who's on your team,who doesn't know what team means,when to embrace the moment,when to scream,vomit,and sob like your 2 years old, and when to let go of the pain.  That pain will just make you regress on this journey.   It will eat at your soul till you are a shell of what you once were.  A hollow carcass void of empathy or compassion.   I wont be poisoned by negative emotion.  I wont slump down lower in life and retreat.  I will continue to give all I have to everything and everyone.  I'm on a journey in this world that is mine alone and I'll be damned if I let someone else draw the map. :)
