Well guess what I learned today....

While I'm a fan-tast-all-mous creature at fasted cardio.....

Fasted leg day....ummm...NO...might work great for some....

Me however...NO....

Worst leg day in a loooonnnngggg time

I was struggling to power through my warmup weights in a fasted state. 

Lesson learned! 

Seriously this guy is fulfilling the stereotype of the car.....

I love my big brother to pieces and I hate what he's dealing with....

I hate having to be the strong one for my mom.

I hate that my brother has to be the strong one for everyone else.

I hate watching both sets of grandparents fall apart.

I love the compassion that has been shown and the rapport that has been built between the nicu nurses, my brother and his wife.

I love that both families can come together and rally around Eric and Em, reinforcing the fact that they are never alone in their fight.

Be thankful for all you have in life, you never know when it will be taken from you.......

Dear lord.....help me!!!!  A full afternoon and evening with my mother at The hospital visiting my nephew....deep breaths...I love her but she drives me CRAZY!!

My body is fighting something.....I've had a fever on and off since yesterday :(.
It's just enough to make me feel like a lethargic sloth crossing the road but not enough to knock me on my ass.  At least I have more energy than yesterday!!!  Die sickness...DIE!!! ;).
