And it's OOOOOOfficial......I suck at eating....

I feel like I'm stuffing my face all day but then I look at my totals by 6pm and.....600 calories

#Epicfail

Good news.....I'm a quick study and I'm doing better today!!

Things to remember...
  • Although it feels as if oatmeal will literally bust through your gut and start oozing (you like that visual?) out....the feeling will pass and you will be just fine ;)  
  • Keep shoveling that Oatmeal in your face.
  • Try packing more calories into your 6 face stuffing sessions.
  • Always refuel after a workout.
  • Water is your bff.
  • Stop being so scared of good carbs.
  • Trust yourself and believe in who YOU are!!!!
  • Sprints in HIIT only last 2 minutes....SUCK IT UP AND FEEL THE BURN FOR THOSE TWO MINUTES!!!
  • FOCUS on what muscles you are working when you are working them.
  • Remember it doesn't matter what you did yesterday, give 100% today!
