After this week I can’t stress this enough. Life is short, unpredictable and at times can be hard on the mind and body. It’s up to me to make choices that are positive DESPITE what gets thrown at me.

- Food is fuel....Not a way to numb emotions. I'm not a pinto.....I'm a mofo'in vintage collector's edition porsche. I need to make sure I eat something that will keep my blood sugar stable for the morning. I have a bad habit of not eating breakfast, not eating breakfast isn't going to help me. It's just going to send your blood sugar tumbling down to the land of temptation and bad food choices.
- You don't need sugar!!! Sugar is the enemy and will do nothing but use your body, make you come back for more, all while leaving you to feel like a piece of gum on the sidewalk.
- Electronics off by 9:30 pm if unrelated to school. While you need to keep up with friends and family sleep is essential to maintaining your health and keeping you sane at the moment.
- Don't play the comparison game, I mean it! Your friends may be having a great time socializing and having fun right now while you're at an all time low in the social scene. That doesn't mean you're a loser or your life sucks. All it means is you've been there and right now what you're working towards is more important to you, trips and games with friends will always be there, remember that baby girl!!
- You fell off on your fierce gym game, stop thinking about how you're too tired to go to the gym and JUST DO IT at 5:00am, no excuses! Stop using your neck injury as excuse, while you may not be able to do everything you want to the way you want to, you are still CAPABLE of keeping your shit tight Sara Anne. ENOUGH WITH THAT SHIT!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!! YOU'RE STRONGER THAN THAT!!!!
- Water is essential, not just at school, make an effort to keep your water habit going after you get home.
- Pay no mind to people who want to give you their negative emotion. If you voice something in a positive honest manner and they repeatedly try to hurt you with what you voiced, keep it moving. Focusing on their childish attempts to get under your skin will only drag you down. Remove yourself from the situation completely, you have enough stress in your life.

- Homework
- Laundry
- Cleaning
- Friends
- Falling behind on any of these is a pain in the ass to catch up on so just maintain!
- Be vain!! Do your hair, shave your legs, shape your eyebrows, dammiitttt! You deserve to feel taken care of, and look it too!
