Soooooo, I was a little a defeated the other day. It was a day of craptastic news:(.
I'm out of the corner I backed myself into and back swinging. You doubted me?? I'm tougher than that. Unfortunately, I'm out of the fitness game for a min :(, it feels gross. I've got six weeks to heal my neck in physical therapy, if I can't accomplish that in six weeks I have to have the acdf slice and dice procedure. It's a spinal fusion but it sounds a lot prettier when you acronym it, doesn't it? When the neurologist told me I was all oh that doesn't sound too bad. He even threw Peyton Manning's name in the ring to make me feel more comfortable with it. (it's the surgery Peyton just had). Nice selling point but lets try the physical therapy first!
