• I'm a workaholic
• I'm addicted to sugar
• I'm selfish at times
• I'm beautiful on the inside and out
• I don't know how to relax
• I sabotage myself a whole hell of a lot
• I'm arthritic at age 31
• I will die trying to give my son every opportunity he deserves without relying on anyone but myself.
• I learn best by failing an experience or by being around negative lost people.
• I push any limit that is imposed on me.
• I'm messy
• I have a natural talent for reading people (although I don't always listen)
• I absorb energy
• I love different cultures and individuals

Lesson learned yesterday

I've got some serious work to do.....on myself.

You know how some people can't be alone ("jumpers" as described to me last night).

I have the opposite problem.

I can't be alone with one person for any stretch of time.

It has nothing to do with the person in any, way, shape or form.

I'm so used to being on my own that I don't know how to make room for anyone else.

The goal is to slowly try to eliminate this.........we shall see how this goes......


My date last night

• He took me to dinner 
• Opened my car door
• Gave me his napkin when mine fell on the floor
• Put my jacket on me
• Finished all my food I didn't eat (I like a guy that can eat ;))
• Opened every door we came to
• One of the stories he told me, made me realize he was somebodies M.
• He was never demanding or pushy
• He was understanding when I told him I wasn't ready to stay over
• Cherry on top....He let me watch Star Wars before I left :)

Important Values To Share

You don’t have to agree on everything in a relationship, or have the same opinions and personalities. But, there are some core values that you should see eye to eye on if you want your relationship to stand a chance at long lasting success:

Honesty. You’re in trouble if you don’t have the same policy on honesty. If it’s really important to one of you, then it had better be equally important to the other or you’re headed for relationship disaster.

Trust. If trust is really important to you but not to your partner you may be headed for trouble. Being able to trust in each other in the same way means you will have a strong foundation for whatever hurdles come your way.

Respect. Respecting each other, yourselves and other people is a value you need to share if you want a future together. If one of you doesn’t show the same level of respect as the other it’s going to be hard to stay happy together for long.
