Patience daniel son

I'm finally getting back into my running game....by that I mean, I'm running

not run/walking and my neck is tolerating it quite well.

If you're a runner you know coming back from an injury is like torture.

It always amazes me how much endurance is lost in such a short amount of

time when you are forced to take time off from running or any physical

activity for that matter.  My breathing could be correlated to the sound of a

drowning hippo at the moment and 15 miles.....haha...yeah right, I'm lucky

if I complete 3!!  You bet your sweet ass I will get back to my high milage,

it's just going to take time and patience........

With that being said todays tada list consists of.......

  • Run
  • Lift, chest/back/legs (200 squats) yeah buddy ;)
  • Math (blaahh)
  • Clean
  • Trader Joe's
  • Ulta
  • Schedule furniture delivery
  • Remove the dust from my stilettos and paint my face (yup, hell has frozen over)
